Tom Hochuli

President

Tom Hochuli is President of NMDP BioTherapies, a global leader in the cell and gene therapy industry, providing clients with the right solutions to advance their therapies — and accelerating patient access to therapies that can change their lives.

Tom has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the biologics, pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer-products industries. He has a deep understanding of the cell and gene therapy landscape and pairs that with a passion for discovering, developing and delivering next- generation therapies to help save more patients’ lives.

Before joining NMDP BioTherapies, Tom was CEO of Current Biologics, which provided cell and gene therapy manufacturing and development services to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to that, he was CEO of Vibalogics Holdings.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Rutgers. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a first lieutenant and platoon leader in Bremerhaven, Germany.
