Renee O’Brien

Director, Sales and Business Development

As Director of Sales and Business Development, Renee and her team engage with cell and gene therapy developers. Renee joined NMDP BioTherapies in 2016, bringing over two decades of expertise in sales, business development, and account management. Since then, she has held a variety of key roles, including Client Engagement Manager and Senior Manager of Account Management, consistently driving client success and strategic partnerships.

Prior to NMDP BioTherapies, Renee built a strong foundation at IBM, where she was dedicated to helping clients achieve their organizational objectives through tailored solutions and relationship-driven service.

She holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Chinese and actively contributes to several life science industry organizations.
