Molly Mjolsness

Director of Client Success

As Director of Client Success, Molly and her team focus on building best-in-class client delivery capabilities that support cell and gene therapy clients from clinical trial initiation through commercial approval and beyond. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Client Delivery Manager at NMDP BioTherapies.

Before joining NMDP BioTherapies, Molly served as an independent consultant, specializing in large-scale cell and gene therapy and information technology projects. Molly brings a strong background in project and program management, client experience and leadership to her role.

Molly earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College. She also holds an MBA from Capella University with an emphasis in project management.

In addition to her academic achievements, Molly is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
