Sherri St. Clair Senior Manager, Quality As Senior Manager, Quality, Sherri leads the Quality team, whose primary focus is ensuring NMDP BioTherapies’ processes and products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality team collaborates internally with cross-functional teams to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. The Quality team also engages with cell and gene therapy clients to ensure the client’s quality expectations and regulatory requirements are met for FDA and other regulatory bodies. Before joining NMDP BioTherapies, Sherri was the Quality Assurance Manager at Upsher Smith Laboratories for manufacturing. In this role, Sherri managed a team of quality specialists who ensured compliance for high-quality pharmaceutical products that improve patients’ lives. Prior to that, she was the Testing Facility Manager at Ecolab, where she was responsible for managing the compliance program for ensuring regulated projects were completed for both FDA and EPA products. Sherri has participated in different quality organizations over the years, including American Society of Quality, Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) and Society of Quality Assurance. Sherri earned a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
